was learning to find antonyms for words. I can match the words to something that means the opposite. It was easy because I knew what the words meant.

Youthown

In youthtown  I  learnt to listen  to the youthtown people. My  favourite
game was cat and rats.  I love  the  youthtown  boy because he was awesome.

Persuasive Writing

I was learning  to write  a persuasive  piece  of  writing.  I can  think  of  lots  of  reasons  why  Ice-cream  is  better then  chocolate.  It  was easy to persuade the reader to  think  that  Ice-cream  is  better  then  chocolate because Ice-cream  is  very  yummy!

I  was leaning to tell  the time. I can read  the short

hard  and  I  can  read the long hand. It was easy because I

knew the short hand is the hour hand.

I can make lots of word's using letter provided.
It was easy because there was lots of letters to choose from.

picture prompts helped  me to write my story.

I was learning to describe the setting. I can describe were the
story is taking place It was easy because the pictures helped me see
where the story took place.

Addictive Addition

I was learning to solve addition problems. I can solve simple addition problems. It was
tricky because I need to practise my basic facts more.

Contractions

I was learning to make contraction. I can make two longer words into one shorter word. it was easy because the new word had parts of the two words in it.

Bonds to Ten

I was learning about bonds to ten. I can add two different number to make ten. It was easy because I have been practising adding to ten.

Punctuation Marks

I was learning to notice and identify punctuation marks while reading. I know and can explain what the punctuation means. It was tricky because I kept getting confused with which punctuation mark was which.

Counting Forwards and Backwards

I was learning to count forwards and backwards starting from any number. I can count forwards starting from any number. It was easy to count forwards because the numbers were low.

Understanding The Story

I was learning to under standing of the story. I can answer simple questions about the story where the answer can be easily found in the text. It was easy to answer questions about the story because we read the story before.

Vowel Sounds

I was learning about the short and long vowel sounds. I can tell the difference between the long and short vowel sound. It was tricky to tell the difference between the vowel sounds because I need more practise.

Skip Counting

l was learning to skip count 2's and 5's. I learn't how to skip count in 2's and 5's. It was easy to skip count in 5's because I have learn't this beforc.

I was learning about features of fiction texts I know the fealures of fiction texts. It was tricky to learn about feature of fiction texts because I have not learnt this before.
